XFLOWSION™ Purchase Policy

This Purchase Policy is part of our Terms of Service, and any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Purchase Policy will have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service. Unless otherwise expressly provided on the Site, if you would like to purchase any merchandise or products offered on the Site, or a subscription to our daily inspirations or e-mail newsletters, (collectively, "Products"), your purchase will be governed by the terms of this Purchase Policy.

If you wish to purchase Products online, you must provide valid credit or debit card information or electronic check information on the Site's order form. By submitting such credit or debit card information or electronic check information, you give us permission to charge your purchases to the card that you designate on the order form. For mailing addresses outside the United States, we will only accept payment by credit or debit card. We may cancel any order at any time and for any reason. If your credit or debit card has already been charged when your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification.

For transactions that require the use of regular mail, express mail, or any other shipping method, a shipping and handling charge will be applied. You agree to pay for any shipping and handling charges, as well as any and all applicable local and/or state taxes (if any) which are required to be collected by law in connection with the purchase of any Products by you. In addition, users who require that orders be shipped to international addresses will be responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar fees imposed on such orders. With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to merchandise and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information, and in the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied.

With respect to a subscription to our daily inspirations or any other subscription we offer, we reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any subscription fees, and to institute new fees, effective upon prior notice to you. Similarly, we reserve the right to modify any other terms of such subscription (for example, the duration of the subscription or any of the features or services offered to our subscribers), upon prior notice to you. If you have a current subscription at the time that any new or revised fees or any change in the duration of the subscription takes effect, such fees or new duration will only apply to your subscription if and when your subscription is renewed. We may give notices to you by means of a general notice on the Service or by e-mail to your e-mail address.

The XFLOWSION™ DVD is backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee of the purchase price of the DVD. The cost of the price for the DVD is refundable; shipping and handling costs and any taxes on the shipping and handling costs are not.

Money-back guarantees start at the date the DVD is delivered to you. Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

Call us at 1-800-985-7788 for a return authorization number (RA#). We are open Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Pacific Time (except holidays).

Write the RA# and circle the items you are returning on the packing slip. The packing slip must be included with the returned items. If you do not have your invoice or packing slip, write your full name, address, phone number and RA# on a piece of paper. If you send the returned item back to us without identification, you will not be refunded, as we will have no way to identify the return.

Send the packing slip and the returned items to the following address: XFLOWSION™ Returns, PO BOX 5469 Carson CA 90745. You may send the returned items to this address by any carrier you wish. Return postage is your responsibility.

We recommend that you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. XFLOWSION™ is not responsible for lost packages.

Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in our warehouse. For credit/debit card orders, please allow 30 days from the date we receive your return to post to your account. For e-check orders, please allow 45 days before the credit will post to your account. If money order or personal check orders, we will mail you a refund check in approximately 60 days.

Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.

We charge tax for CA residents. Tax is charged both on product cost and S&H cost. The tax applied to the product cost is refundable. Canadian residents are charged 7% GST on the purchase price of their orders. This GST is refundable

Additional terms relating to your purchases (such as prices, methods of payment, our policies with respect to cancellations and/or exchanges, and the renewal and termination of subscriptions) will be posted on the Site on the pages describing the various Products.
