XFLOWSION™ was created using cutting-edge cinematography and surround sound technology, including Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound. If your entertainment system has a surround system, simply click on the 5.1 icon on the DVD menu to activate this feature. If you don't have a surround sound system, just click on the stereo icon. Either way, you'll be blown away by the acoustic experience.
We decided to include all four workouts on two DVDs for two reasons—convenience and sustainability. Having fewer DVDs to keep track of is easier and more convenient, especially, when you are traveling. But, there's a second, even more important reason. Part of our mission is to bring products and services to the world in a conscious way and that includes being "environmentally" conscious. So, by putting four workouts on two DVDs, we've cut the volume of plastic used in the packaging by 50%. We've also used recycled paper and non-toxic ink for all of our printed materials.

If you're new to fitness, generally two to four times a week. Listen to your body and give it time to strengthen gradually. As you become fitter and more adept at the movements, you may even find yourself doing the DVDs nearly every day. Use Calm Down Dog™ whenever you want to take it easy and reduce stress and use Body Blast™ to get all the benefits of Triple Training™ in a shorter workout.

We realize most people have real lives that often take them away from home. Well, we don't want you to have to leave your Xlfowsion™ home, so we've included a free XFLOWSION™ audio CD to keep you moving, sweating, smiling and transforming anywhere and everywhere you go. Now, hitting the road doesn't mean leaving your favorite workout at home!
Okay, first read through the guidebook causally and familiarize yourself with the basic information and the layout. It's very straightforward and you'll see, very quickly, how easy it is to integrate the tips and recipes into each day. Then, check out the 7-day meal plan and commit to following it for 21-days. That's long-enough to establish a new habit, but short enough for you to handle psychologically (of course, we hope it becomes a lifelong change). Remember, it's not so much about losing weight (though, don't be surprised if the pounds seem to effortlessly fall off), it's more about fueling your body for optimal living. Finally, go back to the tips and suggestions in the latter part of the guidebook and spend more time digesting them. Here you'll find lots of great and simple things you can do to take your nutrition and, if you like, your family's nutrition to a whole new level of health and vitality.
The Move and Grooves guidebook is a great tool to learn each of the fundamental movements and postures one at a time. Read through it before watching your first DVD. Then, the DVDs will build on these movements and, whenever you need, you can continue to refer back to the guide to help refine your abilities. Remember, though, your body is different than anyone else's and it will look different in the poses and movement, so be sure to honor your own individuality, keep it safe and, most importantly, have as much fun as humanly possible!
